To update your name in your PF account, you need to file an online joint declaration along with two updated ID proofs (preferably Aadhaar and PAN) via the EPFO Member Portal at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in. (please click this link to view the step by step process).
To update your husband’s name in your PF account, you need to file an online joint declaration along with three updated ID proofs and a copy of your marriage registration. This can be done through the EPFO Member Portal at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in.
To update your date of birth in your PF account, you must file a joint declaration along with proof of your date of birth (such as a 10th-grade mark sheet, birth certificate, or passport copy). This can be done through the EPFO Member Portal at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in.
If your BANK KYC was rejected, it might be due to a mismatch between your Aadhaar details and the bank records. Please update your Aadhaar information with your bank and refile the KYC on the EPFO Member Portal.
Once your PAN KYC is submitted, it will be validated and verified by PERSOLKELLY INDIA within 7 working days. Please check the status after this period.
Your BANK KYC is initially validated by your bank's online server. Once approved by the bank, PERSOLKELLY INDIA will further validate it within 7 working days. You can check the status on the EPFO Member Portal.
When you apply for a PF claim, PERSOLKELLY INDIA is not the approver. Please wait for updates from the PF department or reach out to the PF department directly via their grievance portal at https://epfigms.gov.in/grievance.
Advance claim eligibility is based on specific criteria outlined in Form 31. Please review these criteria before applying. Note that PERSOLKELLY INDIA does not approve any PF claim amounts; this is managed by the PF department.
After submitting your PF transfer claim request, your records will be validated, and the claim will be verified by PERSOLKELLY INDIA within 15 working days. Please check the status after this period.
If Annexure K is required for the PF transfer process, you must contact your previous or current employer who manages their own PF trust. Annexure K is not applicable to PERSOLKELLY INDIA.
